High Level Scope: Desbuild served as the prime contractor for the new 24,000 SF U.S. Mission Warehouse located within the existing General Services Office (GSO) compound of the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu. The project encompassed complete design and construction services, including geotechnical and structural engineering, building systems, architectural finishes, and interior furnishings. Additional scope included the construction of a 50,000-gallon water storage tank, installation of a 500 kW generator, a commercial walk-in freezer, integrated fire alarm systems, landscaping, and site improvements—delivered to meet U.S. government standards for performance, safety, and resiliency.
