High Level Scope: Desbuild constructed the new 8,300 SF Marine Security Guard Quarters (MSGQ) within the U.S. Embassy compound in Muscat, Oman. Clad in Mankato limestone and granite to complement the surrounding architecture, the facility blends seamlessly into its environment. The design features a shaded garden entrance, with the ground floor housing dining, living, and recreational spaces. Sleeping quarters on the upper level offer expansive views of the Gulf of Oman, combining functionality with comfort and regional sensitivity.
