EMPLOYEE REFERRAL INCENTIVE

Desbuild, Inc. employees have the opportunity to earn extra money, while also performing a valuable service to the company, by participating in the Employee Referral Bonus Program. 

By referring qualified people, you can earn a cash bonus if your referral is hired.  This goal of this program is to provide us with better candidates for employment in all skilled and managerial positions.

All Desbuild, Inc. employees, are eligible to participate in the program.  In order for the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted.  Bonus to be paid for a full time position is $500.

Bonus Offer

As you all are aware, our company has an active incentive-based employee referral program. Position attached is currently open under the employee referral program. Over the years we have found that some of our best employees have been hired as a result of referrals from other employees within the company. If a current employee makes a successful referral of a US worker (referred US worker is offered the open position, US worker accepts the position and the US worker starts employment with the company), the employee will be offered a referral fee of $500 per successful referral.

Civil Engineers

To plan construction and engineering projects for federal and private construction. Calculate cost and determine feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data by applying principles of civil engineering and engineering software Auto CAD and Primavera. Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to prepare civil engineering documents.  Estimate quantities and Cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine Project Feasibility. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards as per Federal Regulations and Contract Specifications. Direct the Construction, Operations, or Maintenance activities at project sites using Project Management Software Procore Technologies and Primavera P6.  Responsible for Construction Estimating and Budget Estimating etc. Must have knowledge of Primavera6 , Computer aided design and drafting (AutoCAD) software, Autodesk Revit and Procore Technologies. The position is to serve as Project Civil Engineer under the supervision of Vice President Field Operations & Construction. Must have Master’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. In lieu of Master’s Degree, employer will accept Bachelor’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 5 years of Experience as a Civil Engineer.  Resume to President, Desbuild Inc., 4744 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD 20781.

Project Manager

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of project management experience. Prior experience on Federal Government construction and design-build projects a plus. The candidate should be able to independently handle multiple project objectives from preconstruction to closeout. Computer skills are a must. All candidates will be screened with a background check and drug testing.

On-Site Superintendent

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of construction experience, including projects in the range of 1 to 15 million dollars. Candidate should possess skills in the following areas: field experience, interior renovations, tenant buildouts, and new ground-up construction. The ability to manage sites independently and prior experience on US Federal Government construction projects is required. All candidates will be screened with a background check and drug testing.
