High Level Scope: Desbuild/Limak/Group 77 Joint Venture led the design and construction of a new power plant and comprehensive utility infrastructure upgrades across a fully operational, 104-acre U.S. Embassy compound. The project scope included over 50,000 SF of new structural construction, adaptive reuse of the existing 18,500 SF power plant, and installation of underground fuel storage, generators, and modern switchgear. It also encompassed compound-wide upgrades to electrical distribution, fire water mains, domestic water, sanitary and storm systems, and telecommunications infrastructure (telephone, data, CATV).
