High Level Scope: Desbuild completed the partial infill of the existing hospital atrium from floors 2 through 5, adding 15,000 SF of new space. This expansion enabled new facilities including a dedicated women’s veterans care suite, dermatology clinic, and enlarged specialty care, anesthesia, public relations, robotics, and education departments. The work required careful coordination to minimize disruption, as construction occurred above an active lobby by day and adjacent to patient rooms by night.
