High Level Scope: Desbuild delivered a comprehensive renovation of a 96,000 SF administrative and hangar facility, providing complete construction services, coordination, and supervision. The project included interior upgrades—drywall, painting, flooring, electrical, fire alarms, doors, and frames—as well as major structural improvements. Highlights included installation of blast-resistant windows, new hangar doors, roof overhang replacement, and full asbestos and lead abatement. We modernized fire protection with a new wet pipe sprinkler and AFFF foam system supported by underground tanks, manholes, separators, and a new fire pump. Exterior improvements included full repainting, epoxy flooring, and replacement of runway paving—ensuring the hangar met today’s safety, resilience, and mission readiness standards.
