High Level Scope: With joint venture partner Yates, Desbuild constructed a new embassy compound. Designed to SED standards, this project included full site infrastructure and the construction of multiple secure facilities: a 150,000 SF office building, warehouse, GSO and Marine quarters, Consular residence, CACs, utility buildings, and more. Scope included MEP systems, security installations (IRIS scanners, X-ray machines, barriers), a sewage and water treatment plant, 40,000-gallon fuel system, and robust perimeter defenses.
