High Level Scope: Delivered design-build services for an 11,800 SF Marine Quarters building within a fully operational U.S. Embassy, requiring seamless coordination to maintain embassy operations. Designed by Architects PLLC to meet Standard Embassy Design Guidelines, the facility features reinforced concrete construction for blast resistance, 14 private living rooms, recreational and support spaces, and high-security, forced-entry resistant windows and doors. Interior finishes include gypsum wallboard, wood ceilings, stone and tile flooring, while the exterior showcases terracotta cladding, glass handrails, and a roof garden. The project also encompassed HVAC, electrical, plumbing, telecom, fire protection, and security system installations. Additionally, 2,800 SF of existing office space in the Main Chancery was renovated to include a new clinic, bathrooms, and enhanced security upgrades.
