High Level Scope: Desbuild renovated 3 buildings encompassing approximately 9,500 SF. Scope of work included all labor, materials, equipment, and commissioning services necessary to complete comprehensive interior and exterior renovations. Major upgrades included full electrical system replacement, roof replacement, new plumbing and HVAC systems with testing and balancing, and concrete spall repairs.
