High Level Scope: Desbuild served as Prime Contractor for the design and construction of a new 22,000 SF, two-story training facility to support the Center for Intelligence Training (CIT). The building was designed and built to SCIF standards and includes classrooms, breakout rooms, offices, conference areas, and support spaces equipped with advanced A/V and multi-level computer systems. The steel-framed facility features brick and EIFS exterior finishes, RF shielding, secure entry systems, and modern interior finishes. Comprehensive MEP systems were integrated, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and security infrastructure, delivering a secure, high-performance environment that meets mission-critical training needs.
