Most of them are cross trained in every aspect of construction to get the whole gamut of the construction process. Desbuild can provide a turnkey with a C to C service meaning Concept to commissioning services. Desbuild has several teaming agreements with qualified Planners, Designers, A/E corporations. Desbuild's professional Project Management team utilizes these groups on a need basis and can provide a turnkey construction services. Desbuild has executed several retail and restaurant projects on a turnkey basis throughout the continental United States.

Desbuild has Qualified Engineers and Management personnel in its team of Construction management and can manage any complex project related to construction. These project can range from Major Demolition, Infrastructure improvement, Site Development, Base Building, Mechanical Electrical Upgrade, Historic Restoration, Life Safety Upgrades to name a few. Desbuild is equipped with the latest project management tools available and is constantly upgrading its system and providing improved management training to its project managers regularly to be able to provide required services.

Desbuild, as the name suggests was set up to provide design build services to various clients. Desbuild's relationships with various A/E firms nationwide and some overseas puts it in a unique position of executing Design build projects anywhere in the world. Desbuild has professional engineers on board to review and implement design to budget process during pre award and post award design process. Desbuild's Design to budget provides more value for the amount spent by the agencies.

Desbuild has completed in excess of 400 Million US Dollars of General construction projects mostly in the Mid Atlantic area. Desbuild's Project Management staff is complemented by its extraordinary field staff and has developed programs to execute quality projects. Desbuild's Quality Control program and Safety Programs have won many accolades with various federal agencies. Desbuild's subcontractor base is built with mutual trust and is working for 15 -17 years continuously. Together we have been able to produce several award winning projects in the General Construction division of the company.

Desbuild has in house qualified tradesman in the following trades, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Gypsum Board, General Carpentry, Doors and Windows, Acoustical wall and ceiling, Finish carpentry and millwork, Flooring of all types, Painting an High performance coating. Desbuild's ability put a team together in a short notice gives it the ability to execute fast track tenant build out projects.

Desbuild has been providing quality HVAC services to some of its clients for the past 7 years. Desbuild strives hard to provide quality services and in satisfying customer needs. Desbuild has a small crew of HVAC technicians and Project Managers and is in the process of expanding this division.

Desbuild is a certified roof installer of many major roofing systems. It maintains a small roofing division to cater to the client's needs of minor roof work including new roof install or replacement of an existing system.

Desbuild understands the need for the new requirements of clients to meet the sustainability criteria in construction projects. Desbuild has LEED Accredited professionals in its team. Desbuild encourages its employees to participate in Green Building council programs and implement the suggestions in construction practices. The LEED APs participate in design processes on design build projects for material selection and construction process to achieve energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction and improved indoor environmental quality.

Desbuild has ventured into this area of work recently and is in the process of building up its team to provide quality facility maintenance services. Desbuild however has constantly been providing routine preventive and regular maintenance services to various federal agencies on a small scale. Desbuild is also in the process of completing getting into GSA schedule for this category of work with which it can provide services at pre published prices.
