Starting in 1993 with $250,000.00, Desbuild has increased its growth by 5% each year to approximately $20,000,000.00 per year and expects to maintain this trend in the coming years. The formation of Desbuild has been a culmination of efforts to bring, under one organization, a wealth of experience to provide the client cost-effective quality service in a timely manner. Desbuild's experience includes work under all the engineering and construction disciplines including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, civil, structural, architectural and roofing services.

Desbuild ventured into design/build projects in 1997 and has successfully completed over thirty design/build projects. Design/build services include site evaluation, mechanical, electrical, architectural and structural work; roofing field inspection, design and installation; and Value Engineering and Life Cycle Cost Analysis.
