The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of project management experience. Prior experience on Federal Government construction and Design-Build projects a plus. The candidate should be able to independently handle multiple project objectives from pre-construction to closeout. Computer skills are a must. All Candidates will be screened for a background check and drug testing.
On-site Superintendent:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of prior construction experience including projects in the range of 1 to 15 million dollars. Candidate should possess skills in the following areas: field experience, interior renovations, tenant build outs, new ground-up construction, ability to manage site independently, and have prior experience on Federal Government construction projects required. All Candidates will be screened for a background check and drug testing.
